Working closing with the Benjamin Moore team, Dynamic developed a plan to manage the entire supply chain and implementation process. From initial site surveys and space planning to managing the logistics and shipping of over 150 SKU’s from multiple global manufacturers to be received and inventoried at Dynamic’s 160,000 square ft. central warehouse.

Once inventoried into our real time Warehouse Management System, orders are prepared for allocation and packaging, then shipped to locations around North America where our teams meet the trucks for fixture installation, product merchandising, and follow-up.

For 25 years Dynamic has provided Coach with a vast array of services – from managing and executing seasonal window display programs, to developing and managing end-to-end processes for the rollout of in-store environments including site surveys, warehouse management, distribution, and the construction and installation of over 150 shop-in-shops.  

In addition, Dynamic manages and installs a quarterly 40 store display program that includes 3D window displays – with a wide variety of custom manufactured elements, platforms, backwalls, uprights, and props.

Dynamic joins forces with the Jaguar & Land Rover teams to build out new dealerships throughout the US and Canada. Dynamic provides local construction, fixture installation and graphic teams to ensure the quality and consistency that is expected from these two esteemed automotive brands.
